SSSRA Family Resource Night - November 2025

This free event is your chance to learn about valuable resources in your community.

Dr. Monique Flemings uses her physical therapy and mindfulness background in combination with her experience as a mom to lead interactive wellness sessions that focus on how to integrate purposeful pauses.

Tiana Williams, MPA, is the CEO and Co-Founder of Empower Society 21, an organization she founded with her sister, Tinesha, whose life continues to inspire its mission. A passionate advocate, coach, and sibling, Tiana leads Empower Society 21 in supporting families and individuals through public policy advocacy, life skills classes, parent and sibling workshops, educator training, family coaching, social events, and college enrichment opportunities. Through these programs, and the Empower Society mobile app directory, Tiana connects families with the resources they need to thrive and believes that when families believe, support, and advocate together, all things are possible.

SSSRA provides recreational opportunities to children and adults with disabilities or special needs. We are an extension of our member park districts and recreation and parks departments.
